Before you call the provider
- Gather the latest bill, previous bill, account number and service address.
- Highlight the exact line item or date that triggered your question.
- Write down your question before the call so the conversation stays focused.
- Record confirmation numbers, promised changes, return labels, credits or follow-up dates.
